Future Goal of GMC

For our Five Year Strategy, resources and budgets will be put in place to initiate and achieve these Policy Goals –

Policy Goal: To Enhance Academic Quality

The initiatives are –

1. To strengthen the Academic Affairs Office, Academic Head will be assisted by the Heads of programme and Assistant Heads of Programme for each major programme.
2. To develop strategic alliance with local and foreign tertiary institutions through programmes and projects that promote collaborations in the forms of Talks, Seminars, Conferences, Student and Staff Exchange programmes and other co-sponsorship of events.
3. To implement “Peer Class Observation”scheme to promote and sustain teaching quality
4. To arrange for lectures from other renowned education institutes to provide cross-fertilization of experience and knowledge sharing.
5. To future promote English-speaking environment on campus among student, teachers and non-teaching staff.
6. To provide awards to students who demonstrate excellence in holistic education, entrepreneurship and leadership.
